These terms govern your use of valued-it.com and any messages you receive from Valued IT (“Valued IT”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or by agreeing to receive messages from us, you accept them. Paid services are governed by the separate written agreement we sign with each client; where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.

About us

Valued IT provides managed IT services to businesses in the United States: support, device management, endpoint protection, patching, networks, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration, email security, project work and related consulting. We do not provide break-fix computer repairs.

Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes connected with evaluating or using our services. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, disrupt it, scrape it at a scale that affects its operation, or use it to send unlawful or harmful content.

Information on this website

We keep the content here accurate, but it is general information rather than advice for your particular situation, and it can change without notice. Nothing on this website is an offer or a quote. Pricing and scope are confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement.

Bookings and enquiries

Booking a call through this website schedules a conversation; it does not create an engagement or any obligation on either side. Either of us may reschedule or cancel.

Text message (SMS) terms

By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted by text, you consent to receive text messages from Valued IT at that number.

• What we send — appointment reminders, support and service updates, replies to your questions, and occasional account notices.
• Frequency — message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us.
• Cost — message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
• Opting out — reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages from us. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
• Help — reply HELP, call (773) 938-4444, or email info@valued-it.com.
• Delivery — mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase, and your consent is never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or lead generation purposes. See our privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The content, design, logos and wording of this website belong to Valued IT, except for third-party trademarks and logos shown to identify the platforms we support, which belong to their owners and are used for identification only. Their appearance here does not imply endorsement or partnership unless we say so. Client names and logos are shown with permission. You may not copy or reuse our content without written permission.

Third-party services and links

This website embeds or links to services run by others, including the booking calendar and the chat widget. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they operate or for the content of any website we link to.

Disclaimer

This website is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error free. Warranties for paid services, if any, are set out in the relevant client agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valued IT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of this website. Our total liability relating to this website is limited to one hundred US dollars. Liability for paid services is governed by the relevant client agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim is brought against us because you used this website unlawfully or in breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
