What does the monthly fee cover?
Day-to-day support for your staff, monitoring, endpoint protection, patching and device lifecycle management, priced on how many people and locations you have. Larger projects such as a build-out or a move are quoted separately and approved before we start.
Do you work with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
Both. We administer each of them every day, and if you are deciding between them we will tell you honestly which suits how your business works.
Do you do computer repairs?
No. We manage your devices so they stay healthy, protected and patched, and get replaced on a planned schedule rather than on the day they fail.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Central. Clients on a monthly plan also have emergency support outside those hours.
Do you only work with restaurants?
No. Hospitality is a large part of our work, but we look after construction firms and other businesses too, typically between five and a hundred and fifty staff.
